It irks me that some people go into a library or bookstore and expect the librarian or employee to be able to read minds. There are dozens of comics that make fun of this. "I want a book. I don't remember the title or author, or what it's about, but it's blue." Like the library is organize by colour. Does this seriously happen? I have a feeling if I work in reference, my head will explode like this poor stickman.
