I'm on co-op for the summer!

Ooo... this was an actual call I got on the reference desk. This guy wanted all the information about the company my library serves. I mean *all* the information. I told him it was all online, but apparently light hurts his eyes so he doesn't use computers and he doesn't leave his house. He asked me to print off the *entire* site (this site is HUGE) and snail mail it to him.

I offered to give him the phone number of another company, but he didn't have a pencil, so could I please call him back and leave the number on his voicemail? When I called back, the line was busy and there was no voicemail! Hey, I tried!
