BIO:

Lucis is the Incarnation of Light. She appeared on Earth as Deruku Kami and Sailor Sun for a while and was a very close friend with Usagi. Later, she realized her true form as Lucis and used her powers to search for and guide her long lost sister, Nyx (night). While Lucis returned to her realm, Nyx chose to remain on Earth as Kuusou Akumu since she had grown close to Chibiusa.

Lucis rarely comes to the planetary realms, preferring to lend the senshi her powers unseen. She does communicate with Nyx and, on occasion, Aion. She is more powerful than the gods since she is Light while the gods merely represent Light. As a result, when she does return to Earth as Sailor NeoSun, she is far more powerful than she had been as Sailor Sun.
