Fortuna Power, Make-Up!: Says this to transform into Sailor Fortuna.

Fortuna Luck Spiral!: Fortuna hold out her right arm and spins it around. A white spiral appears and hurls itself at the enemy. Depending on Fortuna’s mood, the spiral with either injure the enemy, heal the enemy, or do nothing.

Lucky Break!: Fortuna pulls out a coin and winks at the enemy she’s facing. Flipping the coin in the air, she calls out her magical phrase. The coin rotates in the air for a moment, deciding what action to take. Heads, the enemy is blinded, allowing the protector senshi to either attack or run. Tails, the enemy’s next attack is super-charged with little room for dodging. Fortuna doesn’t use this attack very often if she can help it.

BIO:

Sailor Fortuna is part of a team of senshi who lived during the Silver Millennia. It was this team, the Sailor Protectors, who guarded the royal family and the young senshi as they grew up and learned of their powers. They were never meant to guard the solar system, as the senshi were, but only to protect the royals of the Moon Kingdom.

Fortuna is from the planet Earth, where she lived a long time ago with Sailor Aegyptus. She came to the Moon Kingdom during the Silver Millennia when she and the others realized their duty to protect the young senshi. Fortuna is a no-nonsense type of person who enjoys order and rules. She expects everyone to do as she asks, especially when Sailor Janus is not around. She is the second-in-command and expects to be obeyed. She can also be very funny in a more relaxed environment, and enjoys solitude as much as Aegyptus and sports as much as Andromeda. She also enjoys talking with Pandora and patrolling with Janus. Fortuna is all about luck, and victory is almost certainly guaranteed when she is on your side.

Each protector is a mentor to one of the young senshi, to watch over them and guide them in their journey. Fortuna was given the task of mentoring the young Lady Venus. As Venus was to be the leader of the senshi, second only to the princess herself, Fortuna decided it would be important to instill the young senshi with her own ideas of rules and regulations. She quickly discovered that, although Minako takes her role as senshi seriously, she also likes having a good time. Often it was Fortuna who learned a lesson from Minako on how to relax and enjoy life!
