Raiders destroy a defenceless monestary, searching for the book called the Andara. All the monks are slaughtered except one, the bookkeeper who had a photographic memory of everything he's ever read.
He is saved by a group of questing heroes, who also seek the Andara. Together, they must fulfill the sacred prophecy contained in its pages to somehow put an end to war.
Characters:
Kristoff - a monk with a photographic memory
Adon - a nobleman
Ivy - an elven huntress
Eydon- a half-dwarf who is handy with an axe
I don't have much of this story written so far, but I like what I have. The characters aren't completely developed yet, so I'm sorry about the breif and unhelpful descriptions. I wrote a different version of this story a few years ago, and I'm currently rewriting it.
